Our electric standing desk range is the core of our business. Dual motor frames with a three-stage or two-stage column deliver a lifting capacity from 70 kg up to 120 kg, travel heights from 620 mm to 1270 mm, and lifting speeds of 32 mm to 38 mm per second. Each control box supports memory presets, anti-collision detection and a child lock, and each frame is tested to 20,000 complete up and down cycles before it is packed. We supply the frame alone, the frame with a desktop, or a fully assembled desk depending on your container loading plan.
The gaming desk line uses the same motor platform but adds a wider desktop, cable management channels, a headset hook and an optional RGB light strip. Gaming desks are usually ordered in black carbon fibre finish or matte white, with the desk edge reinforced for monitor arm clamping. The manual height adjustable desk is the budget-friendly option for schools, training rooms and shared workstations. It uses a gas spring or a crank mechanism, needs no power supply, and costs significantly less than an electric frame. Many of our European customers combine electric desks for managers with manual desks for open-plan workstations in the same container, which reduces the average unit cost of the shipment.
Our factory produces more than 5,000 sets per month across the three product lines. We run three stamping lines, two automatic welding cells, one powder coating line and four assembly lines. Because we control stamping, welding, coating and assembly in house, we can hold a stable lead time of 25 to 35 days for a 40HQ container order, and we can handle mixed containers with several frame colours and desktop finishes in a single shipment.
Every production batch passes an incoming material inspection, an in-line dimensional check and a final functional test. Motors, control boxes and handsets are sampled and run continuously for 24 hours before a batch is released. Packaging is drop tested, and we use reinforced carton corners plus foam inserts so that frames arrive without paint damage after sea freight.
Our products are CE certified for the European market and RoHS compliant for restricted substances. Standing desk frames are tested to the BIFMA X5.5 desk standard, and we provide SGS test reports covering load capacity, stability, durability and electrical safety. If your market requires additional documentation, such as a declaration of conformity, a material safety data sheet or a specific packaging label, our engineering team prepares it before shipment. We can also support your own certification process by supplying samples, technical files and wiring diagrams.

Our export team prepares the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, and we work with freight forwarders who handle door-to-door delivery for Amazon FBA sellers. If you already have a forwarder in China, we deliver to their warehouse at no extra charge.
